Add-Ons must be added at drop-off. We will discuss additional fees before the groom if needed.

This fee will be charged for every 15 minutes spent on de-matting.
This fee will be charged when matting can't be brushed out and extra care is needed to safely remove the matted fur. This is a starting point.
